1. What is a freelance assistant?
A freelance assistant is an independent professional who handles administrative, commercial, HR, or digital tasks for your business without an employment contract. They work flexibly, on-demand, or regularly, either remotely or on-site, depending on your needs.

2. Why delegate administrative tasks?
Delegating allows you to save time, focus on your core business, and avoid mental overload. A freelance assistant optimizes your organization and helps you work more efficiently. It’s a flexible, fast, and cost-effective solution.

3. Can I combine multiple services?
Yes, everything is 100% customizable! For example, you can combine email management with creating a newsletter or graphic design. We offer tailor-made packages adapted to your business.

4. Do you work remotely or on-site?
We primarily work remotely, but on-site tasks are possible in Brussels and Wallonia, depending on your needs. This flexibility allows us to adapt to every client, even abroad.

5. Are the tools you use secure?
Yes. We use reliable, secure, and GDPR-compliant tools: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Trello, Notion, Slack, Canva, WordPress, etc. A confidentiality agreement can also be signed upon request.

6. Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, our services are without commitment. You can cancel a mission at any time, with 48 hours’ notice for regular services. Freedom is one of our core values!

7. What are your response times?
We respond within a maximum of 24 business hours, often much faster. For urgent tasks, a priority rate can be applied, always with your prior consent.

8. Is this suitable for a small business?
Absolutely! Our services are designed for freelancers, professionals, and small businesses. Even with just 1 hour per week, we help you save valuable time.

9. Do you offer a discovery call?
Yes, we offer a free 30-minute discovery call with no obligation, to get to know each other, discuss your needs, and guide you to the best plan.

10. Do you work in Dutch or English?
Yes! Our team is trilingual (FR – NL – EN). We can assist you in the language of your choice, for smoother communication with your clients.

🕐 Flexibility & Operation
1. Can I mix remote and on-site services?
Yes, absolutely. We work remotely or on-site (Brussels, Walloon Brabant, and neighboring regions), depending on your needs. You can freely combine both.

2. How often can I call on your services?
You are free to set the pace: one-time, weekly, monthly, or more. We adapt to your workload.

3. How much in advance should I book a service?
Ideally, 48 hours in advance. But depending on our availability, we can also accommodate urgent requests.

4. Do you offer subscription plans or regular follow-up?
Yes, we offer recurring monthly plans (œ day, 1 day/week, or more) with discounted rates.

5. Do you work outside regular hours?
Generally, we work Monday to Friday during the day, but exceptions can be made upon request (evenings or weekends).

6. Do you accept very short missions (1 or 2 hours)?
Yes. The minimum service time is generally 2 hours. For specific needs, a customized quote is available.

7. Do you offer an introductory call or meeting?
Yes, we offer a free 30-minute discovery call to get to know each other, understand your needs, and answer your questions.

8. What are your rates for one-time services?
We offer an hourly rate of €50 (excluding VAT) (€60.50 including VAT), or packages for half a day or a full day (see the Rates page).

9. When do I need to pay for services?
Payment is expected upon receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed. Monthly invoicing is available for regular clients.

10. Do you accept payments by bank transfer or via a platform?
Yes, we accept bank transfers (details provided on the invoice). Other payment methods can be discussed if necessary.

11. Do you offer discounts for regular or long-term assignments?
Yes. The more regular the assignment, the more advantageous the rate (weekly and monthly packages with decreasing rates).

12. Are the prices excluding or including VAT?
The prices displayed are excluding VAT. VAT (21%) will be added to each invoice, unless the client is exempt.

13. What are the fees for on-site travel?
‱ €25 including VAT for Brussels
‱ €0.35/km including VAT outside Brussels
These fees are included in the quote.

14. Are there any hidden or extra fees?
No. All fees are clearly communicated in the quote. No surprises.

15. Do I need to sign a contract or long-term commitment?
No, there is no long-term commitment. A simple email or quote approval is enough to start a mission.

16. Can I stop the collaboration at any time?
Yes, of course. You can end the collaboration at any time with a simple message.

17. What are the typical timelines for starting a mission?
Typically, we can start within 2 to 5 business days after the request, sometimes faster depending on availability.

18. Are there any cancellation fees if I cancel a mission?
Not for one-time missions if the cancellation is made 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a minimal compensation may apply.

19. Do you work with specific tools, or do you adapt to mine?
We adapt to your existing tools (Google, Outlook, Trello, Notion, etc.) or we can suggest new tools if needed.

20. Are you covered by professional liability insurance?
Yes, we have professional liability insurance.

21. Do I need to pay social charges in addition to your rate?
No. You only pay our invoice. No employee contract, no social charges.

22. Will I receive an invoice with a VAT number?
Yes, each service is invoiced with a proper VAT number and VAT (21%).

23. Can I deduct your services as business expenses?
Yes, our services are 100% deductible as business expenses for freelancers and businesses subject to taxes.
